Guys, meet your favorite healthy brownie go-to recipe. This a low carb and gluten-free recipe in cookies and cream, is perfect to soak or dip into your lattes or milk. This is a simple recipe that it's just so hard to resist... got my boyfriend as testimony, and my own tastebuds!


You only need one bowl, so double win for a mess free and delicious healthy recipe! One of the best parts of this recipe is that it's made with simple ingredients and it just takes a few steps to make! Using my favorite ingredients; My current obsession, California Country Gal Low Carb Brownie Mix and Sundays crushed zero creme cookie (keto oreos)... who doesn't love cookies and cream, right?



About these Healthy "Oreo" Mocha Brownies:

We are showing some love to all my cookies and cream and baking enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding some Prozis colorful choco dots (PURELYHL for discount) and Sundays crushed zero creme cookie (keto oreos).

Keeping it extra delicious, healthy and just epic by adding some Sundays crushed zero creme cookie (keto oreos) cookies on top, and cookies and extra chocolate dots from Prozis (PURELYHL for discount), and also some homemade sugar-free glaze, I know!



Chewy with a crunch of cookies along with a flavorful "oreo" flavorful! This is simply perfect for meal prep since they just require a few ingredients as well as minimal steps to make these pies, also ready yo attack that sweet tooth at any moment.

The base is made with simple ingredients, California Country Gal Low Carb Brownie Mix with a generous amount of Sundays crushed zero creme cookie (keto oreos), simple low sugar and high protein, and of course, some Prozis Zero Choco-Dots, so cute and colorful (PURELYHL for discount).


The good thing about Prozis is that they have amazing products, basically all your favorite foods made healthier, lower in sugar and higher in protein! They also have gluten free, organic and vegan options!

Healthy "Oreo" Mocha Brownies

Serves 9 brownies


Ingredients

  • 1 pack of California Country Gal Low Carb Brownie Mix

  • 3 tbsp of instant coffee

  • 1/2 cup of brown monk fruit

  • 1/2 cup of melted french butter

  • 2 organic eggs

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 pack of Prozis Colorful Choco Dots (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 6 Sundays crushed zero creme cookie (keto oreos)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix the brownie mix with the brown sugar, coffee and mix well.

  3. Add the butter, eggs and vanilla, stir well and add half of the colorful choco dots and crushed cookies.

  4. Pour the batter into a 8x8 baking dish and top with leftover ingredients.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes, let it cool down and cut into 9 pieces.
