Olive Oil Peach Salted Vanilla Ice Cream

Serves 1


Ingredients

  • 1 pint of Halo Top Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

  • 1 peach

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp of granulated monk fruit

  • 2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 pinch of sea salt flakes


Instructions.

  1. Wash and slice the peaches.

  2. Drizzle vanilla extract and sprinkle granulated monk fruit over the peaches.

  3. Air fry the peaches for 9 minutes at 350F and then let it cool down completely.

  4. Serve ice cream in a little bowl, top with peaches, olive oil and sea salt.

  5. Enjoy!
