Perfect Keto Pancake Mix

 

Pumpkin Cheesecake French Toast Roll-Ups

Serves 1 serving


Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of Royo Low Carb Artisan Bread

  • 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree

  • 1 1/2 piece of the laughing cow cheese

  • 1/4 cup of egg whites

  • 12 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tbsp of of RxSugar Maple Syrup

Glaze

  • 1/4 cup of powdered monk fruit

  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

  • 2 tsp of unsweetened almond milk

Method

  1. Mix all the unsweetened almond milk, egg whites, cinnamon and sugar-free maple syrup.

  2. Cut the edges of the bread and roll it up with a rolling pin.

  3. Add part of the pumpkin, cheese and a touch of alullose on top to each bread.

  4. Roll them carefully.

  5. Soak the roll-up in the mix, transfer to your air fryer or baking dish.

  6. Bake for 8 minutes at 350F. Ary fry for 4 minutes at 380F.

  7. Mix the ingredients for the glaze.

  8. Let them cool, top with sugar-free glaze and enjoy!
