Heart Hazelnut Brownies

Serves 6
Ingredients
1 box of Dilettoso Choc-O-Lotta Amore Mix
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
2 large eggs
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup crushed hazelnuts
Frosting:
1 block cream cheese
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp natural red food coloring
1 cup powdered monk fruit
Valentine’s Day sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine the brownies ingredients: Dilettoso Choc-O-Lotta Amore Mix, melted coconut oil, eggs, chocolate chips, and crushed hazelnuts. Mix until well blended.
Pour the batter into a greased 9x12 baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 22-24 minutes or until set.
While the brownies cool, prepare the frosting by mixing together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, natural food coloring, and powdered monk fruit until smooth.
