Serves 9 brownies
Ingredients
Brownie Base:
3/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup Dutch cacao powder
1 teaspoon baking salt
2/3 cup granulated monk fruit
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup organic butter, melted
2/3 cup Artisana Cacao Cashew Butter
Cheesecake Layer:
1/2 block cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated monk fruit
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Raspberry Swirl:
1/2 cup raspberry jam (100% fruit)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, Dutch cacao powder, and baking salt.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the organic butter. Stir in the Artisana Cacao Cashew Butter until well combined.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the melted butter mixture, mixing well.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Transfer the batter into an 8x8-inch baking dish.
