Ingredients

  • Dry ingredients:

  • Wet ingredients:

    • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

    • ⅔ cup chocolate ghee or regular butter

    • 1 organic egg

  • Toppings:

    • 1 cup mini marshmallows

    • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

    • 4 crushed mint cookies


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: gluten-free flour, Chike protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, and monk fruit. Stir well.

  3. Add the wet ingredients: vanilla extract, melted ghee, and the egg. Mix until smooth.
