But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding the a keto granola on top, mixing the sweet potato pie mix with greek yogurt and Nuzest for a Vanilla Vegan Protein (PURELYHL for discount) along with biscoff cookies on top, of course.

Sweet Potato Biscoff Protein Crumble

Serves 2 serving


Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of organic sweet potato pie mix

  • 1/2 cup of vanilla greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop of Nuzest for a Vanilla Vegan Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/3 cup of egg whites

  • 3 tbsp of RxSugar Alullose

Crumble

  • 1/4 cup of keto granola

  • 2 biscoff cookies

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the sweet potato bake.

  3. Place into 2 small baking dishes.

  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

  5. Let it cool down, add crumbled biscoff cookies and granola, enjoy!
