Vanilla Protein Cranberry Ice-Cream

Serves 1 serving


Ingredients

Heart Shell

  • 1 almond flour tortilla

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon with monk fruit

Cranberry Ice Cream

  • 2 cups of frozen cranberries

  • 2 scoops of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

Method

  1. Grease slightly a small heart shaped baking dish or a small dish.

  2. Air fry for 5 minutes at 380F.

  3. Blend or process all the ingredients for the cranberry protein ice cream.

  4. Serve in the tortilla shell and enjoy!
