This recipe is just what your mornings need! This recipe doesn't require an introduction... this is just AMAZING and with all the apple and chocolate vibes! Such a great combination of flavors and textures, this French toast made with brioche bread is high protein and low in sugar as well!


For this recipe I’m using amazing and fun ingredients such as Prozis Choco-butter in white chocolate and their White Chocolate & Raspberry Whey. A deliciously fun low sugar and high protein recipe that everyone can prepare at home.

White Chocolate Apple & Raspberry Brioche French Toast

Serves 9 servings


Ingredients

  • 6 slices of chocolate chip brioche bread from Prozis (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 2/3 cup of egg whites

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 cup of granulated alullose

  • 1/3 cup of Prozis white chocolate & raspberry whey protein

  • 1/2 chopped apple

Toppings

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Toast the brioche bread and cut it into cubes.

  3. Mix the egg whites, almond milk, vanilla, whey protein and abullone in a large bowl.

  4. Add the bread and apples, cover with the egg white mix.

  5. Pour into a 8x8 baking dish, top with rest of the apples and bake for 35-38 minutes.

  6. Top with white chocolate butter and enjoy!
