Okay, these chewy oatmeal bars are just another level that this is actually my third time making them… perfect for your kids and grown-ups as well! This is a fun and healthier version by using better ingredients for you such as low sugar, "M&M's" along with some white chocolate whey protein!


For this recipe I’m using amazing and fun ingredients such as Prozis healthier version of oreos in a organic and high protein version and their White Chocolate 100% Real Whey. A deliciously fun low sugar and high protein recipe that everyone can prepare at home.

We are showing some love to all my banana, cookie monsters and white chocolate fans, including myself... a childhood classic we all love! But with that I also wanted to include a twist, a healthy and still delicious twist by just adding some Prozis White Chocolate & 100% Whey Protein.

White Chocolate Monster Cookies Oatmeal Bars

Serves 4-6 servings


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Prozis 100 % white chocolate whey protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/2 cup of granulated alullose (or monk fruit)

  • 3/4 cup of oats

  • 1 chopped plum

  • 2 rip bananas

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 pack of @prozis chocodots (for topping)

Toppings

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and then add the banana, plums and vanilla extract.

  3. Stir well and transfer into a silicone baking dish, top with choco-dots and bake for 35 minutes.

  4. Let cool down, slice into 4-6 pieces and enjoy!
