I think that anything tres leches is a winner, but this Tahini Cinnamon Flan is another level and just the perfect quick snack or dessert to make when you got no time and perfect not to share since this is single serving as well. This is a dessert that usually contains eggs, but we are keeping it vegan and bake-free!

This is my iconic Tahini Cinnamon Flan, this is just a simple and epic combo that you need to make to satisfy that sweet tooth, in a delicious and healthy way... this is not your regular creamy and thick Tahini Cinnamon Flan... this is made with healthier ingredients while also being vegan.

This recipe overall is gluten-free, low sugar and vegan friendly as well. I used the cashini from Artisana Organics to create some magic along with some cornstarch, cinnamon, Mexican vanilla and the combination of the toppings.

This low-sugar and gluten-free Tahini Cinnamon Flan is perfect to make no matter the year. The recipe it's easy to make and extremely delicious! It's an unmissable recipe that everyone will love and will also nourish your body... sugar-free and of course also a great source of antioxidants and healthy fats.

Tahini Cinnamon Flan

Serves 1

Ingredients

Flan

  • 1 1/2 cup of unsweetened cashew milk

  • 1 tbsp of Artisana Organics Cashini Butter

  • 3 tbsp of cornstarch

  • 4 packs of stevia

  • 1 tsp of Mexican vanilla extract

Toppings & Base

  • 3 tbsp of sugar-free caramel syrup

  • 1 cup of strawberries

  • 1 tbsp of sugar-free chocolate chips

Method

  1. In a small pot start heating the milk with all the flan ingredients. Stir until it boils and gets all bubbly.

  2. In a small jar pour the sugar-free caramel syrup and pour the mix from the pot.

  3. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.

  4. Add your toppings and enjoy!
