These delicious fig bars are THICK & CHEWY, gluten free, sugar free and super easy to make using some tahini butter, vanilla cinnamon and some figs to increase the texture of this and flavorful on the recipe. You only need one bowl to prepare this amazing fall recipe.

These are my iconic Tahini Vanilla Cinnamon Fig Bars, these are just a simple and epic combo that you need to make during all this fall and winter season baking madness... this is not your regular fig bar... this is healthy, moist and vegan while also being gluten-free.

This recipe overall is paleo and gluten-free, low sugar and as I said before, vegan as well. I used the raw tahini butter from Artisana Organics and Perfect Keto low carb pancake mix (PURELYHL for discount) as a base of this recipe... and of course, a homemade fig paste that we'll be making in the blender.

These vegan and gluten free bars are perfect to make during all fall and winter baking season. It's easy to make and extremely delicious! It's an unmissable recipe that everyone will love and will also nourish your body... low carb and of course also a great source of antioxidants and some fiber.

Tahini Vanilla Cinnamon Fig Bars

Serves 6-12 bars


For the Bars

  • 3/4 cup of pancake mix

  • 1/2 cup of oats

  • 1 tsp of baking soda

  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein

  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup of granulated monkfruit or alullose

  • 1/2 cup of raw tahini butter

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Fig Paste

  • 1 cup of dried figs

  • 1/2 cup of warm unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • Monk fruit powdered sugar (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the bars in a bowl.

  3. Pour the batter into a 8x8 greased baking dish.

  4. Blend the ingredients for the fig paste for 30-40 seconds.

  5. Pour over the base and create swirls with a fork.

  6. Add the toppings and bake for 25-28 minutes.

  7. Let it cool down, add sugar-free powdered sugar (optional) cut into 9 pieces and enjoy!
