Oh the month of love! Some people will agree with me but I wish that Valentine's themed recipes lasted longer! These are just so fun to make and super pretty! Any excuse os making colorful pinky recipes is something I will always be in too!


For this recipe I’m using amazing and fun ingredients such as keto macarron cookies, using keto friendly raspberry jel dessert, coconut, vanilla grass-fed protein and egg whites. A great easy snack to fuel your body. Delicious, keto friendly and gluten free and easy protein recipe that you are going to love.



About these Raspberry Heart Macaroons:

Just mix and bake! This recipe is just for those lazy days or just when you need a recipe that doesn't require a lot of steps or mess. So this is basically a fail proof recipe that could be on repeat since it takes simple ingredients and each batch makes 13 cookies.

I also wanted to include a twist, a healthy and still delicious twist by just adding some Simply Delish raspberry jell dessert mix along with some coconut to create these cutie macaroon cookies that are also gluten free and super low carb.

Adding some magic from instant jel dessert mixes for extra density and a flavor. I have been also obsessed with the Simply Delish jel desserts and instant pudding mixes, the ingredients are simple, vegan friendly, low carb and gluten free... plus the taste is just delicious.

The base is made with simple ingredients; Simply Delish Keto and Vegan strawberry jel dessert mix and alullose. Along with some grass-fed whey protein and shredded coconut as main ingredient and addition of healthy fats.

Soft and flavorful! The contrast of flavors and extremely creamy, chewy with a nice outside crunch, the perfect toast for a macaroon cookie. Plus we can't ignore that raspberry and coconut is a match made in heaven!


Perfect cookie consistency! It's soft and chewy, the whey protein in this recipe makes the crust of the cookie perfect and toasty with the soft chewy filling. A recipe with flavors that are hard to resist... sharing was optional. Did I shared? Noup.



You might want to save this recipe because a second recipe might be needed here! I shared some of the pops with my friends but they were just too good as my afternoon snack after crossfit or dessert that I had to make some more.

Raspberry Heart Macaroons

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Pour into a silicone heart mold and fill them with the cookie dough.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes, let cool down and enjoy!
