Managing My Stress (CBD Oil Gummies)

It's now the final week of the semester, and for the last couple of weeks I've been super busy finishing my final projects, classes, exams... you can imagine the craziness. Also let's not forget that the holiday season is here! And don't get me wrong but that also adds up, trying to have a free schedule to enjoy of all the parties and to make time to prepare for it.

With all the busy days ahead I've got a few tricks and a delicious recipe that will help you reduce your stress. And these are things that I do and noticed a lot of difference, so I really hope it help you.

Practice Gratitude:

Every morning as I drive to the gym I think about all the things I'm grateful for; health, car, bed, the opportunity to learn, family, friends, love, etc. It's important for me to keep my self grounded and appreciate all the little things in life.

Sweat it Out:

I love a good sweat session in the morning, it clears my mind for the rest of the day plus I love meeting my friends at CrossFit, they are always so supporting and I get a good couple of laughs while I'm there.

Wash it Out:

Taking a relaxing shower with some hot water to relax my muscles, plus I consider it as another time to meditate my day and schedule my day so I can do all the things ahead.

Write it on a Post It or Your Agenda:

I like to plan my weeks ahead so I can have plenty of time to accomplish every single task on time and don't get overwhelmed by all the projects and "to-do" things. Plus it gives me a huge satisfaction to cross out the things on the list.

Eat Real Food:

And my real food I mean not fast food and mainly "Man Made" foods, those where the ingredient list is almost... chemicals. Or bodies need nutrients! And for example highly processed foods tend to have unhealthy oil (trans fats, vegetable oils, damaged fats) or sugar, these types of foods are proinflammatory since they increases the production on citokines (inflammatory cells in the body).

And for another hack (and a new one) if you struggle with any of the already mentioned, or maybe if they are just not enough... try CBD oil (GAME CHANGER)! I have been giving it a try for the last couple of week (perfect since it was the most stressful week of the semester) plus not getting enough sleep my body has been getting a little extra cortisol, AKA the stress hormone.

I've been getting a few drops under my tongue before going to sleep and let me tell you, I've been getting the most restful nights that I have ever got in a long time. And don't worry, CBD oil doesn't have the TCH (Tetrahydrocannabinol, the psychoactive compound normally found in cannabis. In summary you get the relaxing benefits of cannabis without getting all the side effects of munchies, hallucinations, etc.

And another thing that I've been loving about this one specifically is that it has MCT oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides), the special thing about this fatty acids is that it doesn't need a protein carrier to be absorbed and be used as energy.

Ways I like to use this:

- Recipes

- Under my tongue

- Lattes

- Topical

And some of the reasons I love this one is the quality! Santa Cruz Medicinals test their products in a lab to make sure that they are selling a high quality and effective product, and they source they CBD from Colorado. So you can be safe to give this a try and experience the benefits of CBD oil, honestly it's a game changer!
