Breakfast Pastry Squares

Serves 4-6


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of crescent roll dough

  • 4 slices of Diestel Honey Roasted Pre-Sliced Deli Turkey

  • 4 slices of Manchego cheese

  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener (or honey)

  • 1 whole egg (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 370°F.

  2. Mix Dijon mustard with monk fruit sweetener in a bowl.

  3. Lay the crescent roll sheet flat on a baking mat and brush with the mustard mixture.

  4. Place slices of turkey and cheese on half of the dough, then fold over.

  5. Brush the top with beaten egg.

  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.

  7. Let cool slightly, then slice into 4-6 squares and enjoy!
