Seed Cycling Fudge (Tahini and Sunflower Seeds)

There's no news that I'm passionate about fertility and how our female cycle works. I have a history of having trouble with irregular cycles and amenorrhea. And I know I'm not alone in this, I have friends and family struggling with the same issue. The traditional or most common "fix" is taking the pill but they are huge side effects that not everyone mentions... or at least the doctor who prescribed them to me years ago.

When I was trying in a desperate need of fixing my acne I came through seed cycling, a gentle way women were managing their fertility and even acne. Of course I was intrigued, I tried almost anything on my face! I didn't see any harm on trying seed cycling, so by the point I'm writing this blog post is has been 8 months that I have included these seeds as part of my diet.

If you want to learn more about seed cycling read my blogpost Seed Cycling (How I Got My Period Back).

If you are having a hard time remembering to add your seeds into your day I've got some recipes to share with you! This is one that I'm currently loving, no joke, these fudge recipe is so so good! Even for guys!

These seeds are packed with zinc, vitamin B's, selenium, vitamin E, and calcium. The beauty of seed cycling is that these seeds have the nutrients for hormonal health! It's like they were created to support them! So eat your seeds!

If you want you can also check my Seed Cycling Recipe (Pumpkin seeds and Flaxseed)

Now back to this recipe... You can keep them in the freezer, and no cooking is needed since I try to keep them raw. It's important for you to know that roasting methods can reduce the nutrients of the seeds.

- You'll only need FOUR ingredients

- Melty and delicious treat

- You'll just need a bowl and a spoon

The quantity is perfectly measured, this way you'll need one of these fudges to have the requirement of seeds needed per day. Of course, you can eat more if you want! They are irresistible.
