Okay, this bread recipe is just so good that I'm just drooling at the moment, can't wait to eat another slice of it. With all the fall flavors and a delicious touch of dark chocolate chips... PERFECTION! Plus by the look of these pictures you can se how moist, heavy and delicious it is!


For this recipe I’m using amazing and fun ingredients such as Prozis healthier version of condensed milk, this one is dairy free that takes the usual bread recipe to another level. A deliciously fun low sugar and high protein recipe that everyone can prepare at home.

Apple Butternut Squash Condensed Milk Bread

Serves 4-6 servings


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of protein pancake mix

  • 1/2 cup of granulated alullose (or monk fruit)

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1 cup of Prozis dairy free condensed milk (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/2 cup of egg whites

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup of applesauce

Toppings

  • 1 cup of chopped butternut squash

  • 3 tbsp of sugar free dark chocolate chips

  • 3 tbsp of chopped raw mixed nuts

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients, then mix in the wet ingredients and stranger to a silicone baking dish.

  3. Add the toppings and bake for 40 minutes.

  4. Let it cool down, slice into 4-8 slices and enjoy!
