Guys, meet your latte new best friend. This high protein, gluten free, vegan and low carb banana chocolate protein gingerbread, moist and perfect to soak or dip into your lattes or milk. This is a simple recipe that it's just so hard to resist... got my boyfriend as testimony, and my own tastebuds!


You only need one bowl, so double win for a mess free and delicious healthy recipe! One of the best parts of this recipe is that it's made with simple ingredients and it just takes a few steps to make! Using my favorite ingredients; My current obsession, Nuttzo gingerbread nut butter and of course, some bananas as well.

We are showing some love to all my banana bread, ginger and baking enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding some gingerbread nut butter from Nuttzo for that Christmas magic, also some keto candied peans along with some low carb chocolate.



Key Ingredients:

Keeping it extra delicious, healthy and just epic by adding some keto candied pecans, and to make it even healthier we are using Nuttzo gingerbread nut butter. A great healthy recipe without sacrificing great taste!



Fuffly with a nice touch of pecans chunks in the chocolate bread! This is simply perfect for meal prep since they just require a few ingredients as well as minimal steps to make these little loaves, also ready yo attack that sweet tooth at any moment.

The base is made with simple ingredients, some Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount) to add volume and to fuel up those muscles, some pecans, bananas, and Nuttzo gingerbread nut butter.

Soft and flavorful! The bread is moist, soft and flavorful. The chunks of pecans and the chocolate chips on the bread along with the chocolate pea protein base it's just a great and delicious experience for your tastebuds in a nourishing way.


Perfect to pair with a cozy cup of your favorite nut or regular milk, or a latte. Super cozy and you can even air fry it for a few minutes to make it even crispier! Slice it and freeze it for you to enjoy for later as well!

Banana Chocolate Protein Gingerbread

Serves 4 servings


Ingredients

For the cake

  • 6 scoops of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/3 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 2 medium sized ripped bananas

  • 1/2 cup of Nuttzo gingerbread nut butter

  • 2 tbsp of low carb chocolate chips

  • 1 cup of water or nut milk

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup of keto candied pecans

  • 2 tbsp of low carb chocolate chips


Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and then mix in the wet ingredients.

  3. Transfer the batter into silicone baking loaf dishes and add your toppings.

  4. Bake for 32 minutes.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
