Brownies N' Cream Bars

Serves 9 servings
2/3 cup of almond flour
1/4 cup of alullose
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of half cream
1/4 cup of alullose
1 Keto Brownie (used Salivation)
Preheat the oven at 350F.
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients for the base, then add the eggs and mix well.
Spread and press the mix in a silicone 8x8 dish and bake for 15 minutes.
Mix the half cream, alullose and whey protein from the toppings.
Pour over the baked and cooked cookies and cream bars.
Top with crumbled brownies and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Cut into 9 pieces and enjoy!
