These bars don't require an introduction, to me telling you how good they are... these are AMAZING! Such a great combination of flavors and textures in these cereal crunchy bars with that touch of cheesecake is just another level; low carb, gluten free and using better for you ingredients.


For this recipe I’m using amazing and fun ingredients such as greek yogurt, keto friendly and certified caramel syrup from RxSugar, Magic Spoon low carb cereal. A great protein snack to fuel your body. Delicious, keto friendly and gluten free protein no bake cereal bars!

We are showing some love to all my cereal and caramel lovers... a childhood classic we all love! But with that I also wanted to include a twist, a healthy and still delicious twist by just adding some Magic Spoon grain-free cereal and some blended cottage cheese that I will add that thickness factor while keeping things low carb and delicious!


This recipe is easy, quick and nutrient dense... also so fun!


Key Ingredients:

Adding some gluten free and low carb cereal from Magic Spoon for the base of these carbs. I have been also obsessed with the RxSugar Caramel Syrup, the ingredients are simple, low carb and gluten free... plus the taste is just delicious. Keto certified made with alullose!

The end result

Soft and flavorful! The contrast of flavors and extremely creamy is just amazing, the crunch of the cereal just goes so well with the blended cottage cheese combined with the keto caramel syrup! These bars are so thick and so satisfying.


Melts in your mouth! It's soft and chewy, the blended cottage cheese with the crunch of the chocolate and cereal, is just soooo good. A great high protein snack that just takes a few steps to make and no heat required.



You might want to save this recipe because a second recipe might be needed here! I shared some of the pops with my friends but they were just too good as my afternoon snack after crossfit or dessert that I had to make some more.

Caramel Cheesecake Cereal Bars

Serves 6-8 servings


Ingredients

  • 5 cups of Magic Spoon Cinnamon Grain-Free Cereal (purelyhealthyliving for discount)

  • 2 cups of blended cottage cheese

  • 1/2 cup of RxSugar Caramel Syrup

  • 3 tbsp of been gelatin or unflavored gelatin

  • 1 cup of hot almond milk

  • 2 chopped keto chocolate protein bars


Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl until fully incorporated.

  2. Add the chopped bars into a silicone or bundt cake mold.

  3. Top with the cereal mix.

  4. Refrigerate or freeze a few hours.

  5. Remove the solid cereal bars and cut into 6-8 pieces and enjoy!
