We are showing some love to all my breakfast enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding some Pederson's chorizo and using these Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free Brioche Stye buns, just the ultimate breakfast!
Keeping it extra delicious, healthy and just epic by using some chorizo, and to make it even healthier we are using organic eggs, humanely raised chorizo and of course some of these fantastic Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free Brioche Stye buns. A great healthy recipe without sacrificing great taste!
You won't see eggs and bread another way from now on! This is simply perfect for meal prep since they just require a few ingredients as well as minimal steps to make these little buns, great for lunch or breakfast!

The base is made with simple ingredients, eggs, cooked chorizo, cheese and for the bread I have been loving these Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free Sweet Brioche Stye buns. The perfect texture for the egg filling.
The good thing about Pederson's is that their meats are made from humanely raised animals, plus they don't add anything weird to their products, no additives, no sugar, just simple ingredients. Love having their products in stock!

If you like the yolk action then this recipe is just perfect for you, and might be even better than your typical egg on toast, I know it's good, but this is a level up with the flavors concentrated into the buns along with that cheese under the egg... such an eggcellent surprise!
I enjoyed mine with a runny yolk and I added some chipotle sauce, so good and with that extra kick. These can also be baked using just more time in the oven at 350F. Plus you can make these on a batch if you are hosting a brunch or feeding a crowd.

Cheese and Chorizo Stuffed Breakfast Buns

Serves 2 serving
2 Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free Brioche Stye buns
2 organic eggs
2 tbsp of cooked chorizo (used Pederson's)
1 piece of baby bell cheese
1/2 tsp of taco seasoning
1 pinch of sea salt and black pepper
Cilantro for garnish
Create carefully a hole in the buns and remove the center.
Add half of the cheese into each bun and top with egg, cooked chorizo and seasonings.
Air fry fro 18-20 minutes at 300F.
Serve with cilantro and enjoy!
