Chocolate Cashew Buttermilk Banana Muffins

Serves 12 muffins
1/2 cup of coconut flour
1 cup of almond flour
1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of cardamom
1 cup of Kalona SuperNatural Organic Low-Fat Buttermilk
2 ripe banana (heated in the microwave for 1 minute)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of melted french butter
TOPPINGS: 1/4 cup of cashews mixed with dark chocolate chips
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients for the muffins in a large bowl.
