Guys, meet your latte new best friend. This high protein, gluten free and low carb apple bread is soft, moist and perfect to soak or dip into your lattes or milk. This is a simple recipe that it's just so hard to resist... got my boyfriend as testimony, and my own tastebuds!


You only need one bowl, so double win for a mess free and delicious healthy recipe! One of the best parts of this recipe is that it's made with simple ingredients and it just takes a few steps to make! Using my favorite ingredients; My current obsession, Perfect Keto low carb and gluten free pancake mix , Nucolato no sugar added chocolate and of course, some chopped apples and coconut.

We are showing some love to all my nutella, apple and baking enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding some low carb chocolate hazelnut spread from Nucolato and to save some steps, also some Perfect Keto low carb and gluten free pancake mix.

Keeping it extra easy by using some low carb pancake mix, this way we will save some steps and the one I used is from Perfect Keto (PURELYHL for discount), and to make it even healthier we are using Nucolato no sugar added chocolate hazelnut spread. A great healthy recipe without sacrificing great taste!



Fuffly with a nice touch of apple chunks in the apple bread! This is simply perfect for meal prep since they just require a few ingredients as well as minimal steps to make these pies, also ready yo attack that sweet tooth at any moment.

The base is made with simple ingredients, Perfect Keto low carb & gluten free pancake mix, vanilla whey protein (or more pancake mix, but whey protein creates a delicious texture and crispiness to the bread), some apples, greek yogurt, eggs and Nucolato no sugar added chocolate hazelnut spread.


The good thing about Perfect Keto is that it's also vegetarian friendly... made with no artificial colors, flavors as well or being free from corn syrups, hyronated oils and bleached flours.

Chocolate Hazelnut Coconut Apple Bread

Serves 6-12 servings


Ingredients

For the bread

  • 1 cup of low carb pancake mix (like Perfect Keto- PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/4 cup of vanilla whey protein

  • 1/3 cup of monk fruit

  • 1 cup of chopped apple (microwaved for 5 minutes to make it softer)

  • 1 cup of greek yogurt

  • 2 organic eggs

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1/4 sliced apple

  • 3 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut

  • Nucolato no sugar added chocolate hazelnut spread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the bread and transfer the batter to a silicone baking dish.

  3. Add the toppings.

  4. Bake for 35 minutes, let it cool down, slice and enjoy!
