This recipe overall is low carb, low sugar, high protein and of course, delicious. I used the Quinn Snacks Chocolate Stuffed Pretzels which are dairy-free and also some Gatsby dark chocolate peanut butter cups... hard to say no to this one!


This is just a great snack to make anytime of the year! It's an unmissable recipe that everyone will love and will also nourish your body... since we are also using vanilla pea protein, dark chocolate cups, greek yogurt and pieces of pretzels, some alullose as our sweetener replacement.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Popsicles

Serves 1


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of vegan milk

  • 1/4 cup of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 1 cup of vanilla greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 3 of Gatsby dark chocolate peanut butter cups

  • 2/3 cup of Quinn Dark Chocolate Stuffed Pretzels

Instructions.

  1. Place the pretzels and chopped chocolate cups on the bottom of 8 silicone popsicle molds.

  2. Blend the rest of the ingredients and pour the mix into the 8 silicone popsicles.

  3. Freeze overnight, and enjoy!
