This recipe overall is low carb, low sugar, gluten free and of course, delicious. I used the Organic Sour Cream from Kalona SuperNatural and Prozis Speculoos Plant Based Protein (PURELYHL for discount) as my secret ingredients that will make this recipe so moist and extra CREAMY... hard to say no to this one!

This is a great dessert to make anytime of the year! Creamiest "Biscoff" Cheesecake

Serves 4-6 big slices


  • 1 3/4 cup of Kalona SuperNatural Organic Sour Cream

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 3 organic eggs

  • 1 cup of Rx Sugar alullose or sugar replacement

  • 1/3 cup of Prozis Speculoos Plant Based Protein (PURELYHL for discount)


  1. Mix the sour cream with alullose, vanilla and eggs.

  2. When mix in the speculoos biscoff protein until there are no lumps left.

  3. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 32-35 minutes.

  4. Let it cool down and enjoy!
