These bars don't require an introduction, to me telling you how good they are... these are AMAZING! Such a great combination of flavors and textures in these cereal pudding bars is just another level; low carb, gluten free and using better for you ingredients.

For this recipe I’m using amazing and fun ingredients such as greek yogurt, keto friendly orange and strawberry jell desserts from Simply Delish, Magic Spoon Fruity low carb cereal. A great protein snack to fuel your body. Delicious, keto friendly and gluten free protein no bake cereal bars!

We are showing some love to all my cereal lovers... a childhood classic we all love! But with that I also wanted to include a twist, a healthy and still delicious twist by just adding some Magic Spoon fruity grain-free cereal and some greek yogurt that I will add that thickness factor while keeping things low carb and delicious!

This recipe is easy, quick and nutrient dense... also so fun!

Adding some gluten free and low carb cereal from my faves, Magic Spoon for th base of these carbs. I have been also obsessed with the Magic Spoon Fruity Grain-Free Cereal, the ingredients are simple, low carb and gluten free... plus the taste is just delicious.

Fruity low carb cereal, orange and strawberry jell desserts cream cheese... the dream team! These are simply perfect for meal prep, no need to bake anything at all to enjoy and attack that sweet tooth at any moment. While keeping your body strong and fueled with all the amino acids of antioxidants from the protein blend we are using.

The base is made with simple ingredients, Magic Spoon Fruity Grain-Free Cereal, greek yogurt for those probiotics, some Simply Delish Keto and Vegan Jell Dessert and alullose. Soft and flavorful! The contrast of flavors and extremely creamy is just amazing, the jell dessert here makes the greek yogurt bar extra thick, soft and chewy! The flavor of the orange and strawberry jell is there and the texture of the crunchy fruity cereal is amazing!

Melts in your mouth! It's soft and chewy, the greek yogurt with the fruity cheesecake pudding layer is just a creamy combination, that matches perfectly with the cereal base... such a great fusion of flavors that are hard to resist!

You might want to save this recipe because a second recipe might be needed here! I shared some of the pops with my friends but they were just too good as my afternoon snack after crossfit or dessert that I had to make some more.

Fruity Cereal Cheesecake Pudding Bars

Serves 9 servings



  • 3 cups of Magic Spoon Fruity Grain-Free Cereal (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 3 tbsp of been gelatin or unflavored gelatin

  • 1 cup of almond milk

Fruity Cheesecake Mix

  • 1 cup of greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp of of Simply Delish Keto & Vegan Orange Jell Dessert (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 2 tbsp of of Simply Delish Keto & Vegan Strawberry Jell Dessert

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup of alullose


  • Extra Magic Spoon Cereal


  1. Mix all the ingredients for the base.

  2. Spread the mix in a silicone 8x8 dish.

  3. Refrigerate a few minutes.

  4. Mix all the ingredients for the cheesecake but the jell dessert.

  5. Divide the cream cheese mix into two separate bowls and add one jell dessert to each bowl and mix well.

  6. Top the cereal base with the cream cheese mix and create some swirls with a knife.

  7. Freeze overnight, cut into 9 pieces and enjoy!
