These are my iconic Ginger Mango Strawberry Swiss Roll, made with the best and simplest ingredients, no need to complications or a lot of messy dishes to create this recipe and to enjoy a healthy meal!

This recipe overall is low carb, low sugar, gluten free and of course, delicious. I used the Organic Whole Milk Honey Yogurt from Kalona SuperNatural as my secret ingredient that will make this recipe so moist and extra moist... hard to say no to this one!

This is just a great snack to make anytime of the year! It's an unmissable recipe that everyone will love and will also nourish your body... since Kalona is made from from grass-fed cows on small family farms who practice regenerative farming, Non- homogenized, low temp pasteurized dairy- as closest to raw milk as possible.

And for the mix used for the bread pudding, I simply used Kalona SuperNatural Organic Whole Milk Honey Yogurt and Whipping Cream, a game changer to make it moist, creamy and of course even more delicious than regular donut recipes.

Ginger Mango Strawberry Swiss Roll

Serves 6



  • 2 cups (200g) of low carb chocolate chip pancake mix

  • 2 tsp of ginger

  • 1/3 cup of alullose

  • 2/3 cup of Kalona SuperNatural Organic Whole Milk Honey Yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of water


  • 2/3 cup of Kalona SuperNatural Organic Whipping Cream

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 1 cup of chopped mango

  • 1/2 cup of chopped strawberries


  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients for the pancake mix. Add the wet ingredients and mix again.

  3. Spread the batter in a rectangular baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.

  4. Let it cool down.

  5. Beat the whipping cream with mango, vanilla extract and alullose.

  6. Spread the whipping cream mix over the baked and cooled cake and spread the strawberries.

  7. Roll carefully and slice… enjoy!
