Guava Churro Cookie Chip Bread (Low Carb & Gluten Free)

Guavas are in season, and I'm here to show them some love! I couldn't resist myself from doing this epic mashup that will be on repeat and probably will be my next dessert or snack obsession... easy to make and extremely delicious while being secretly healthy as well; gluten free, low carb and free from refined ingredients.

Keto cookie mix with vanilla cream grass-fed whey protein, guavas and cinnamon! One of the best parts of this recipe is super easy to make, trust me... so basically is just mix, pour and bake... that's it and the flavor is just HEAVEN, all in a fluffy, flavorful and nutrient dense bread.

About this Guava Churro Cookie Chip Bread:

Let's go beyond the classic cookie with chocolate chips and let's create a fusion of flavors that nobody will be able to resist! I also wanted to include a twist, a fun a de delicious twist by just using Good Phats as my base, a chocolate chip cookie mix that will make things ever easier.

This cookie mix just saves us a lot of steps, ingredients and it also keeps things low carb. We are just adding some, guavas, eggs and coconut oil for the bread base along with some gut love by adding some cream cheese, cinnamon and coconut.

Key Ingredients:

Adding some protein powder for extra flavor and a satisfying filling. I have been also obsessed with the Marigold Creamy Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein, their ingredients are always the best and the taste is always delicious too, this smooth vanilla is basically a healthy, dreamy and indulgent vanilla latte (keto and gluten free!).

Basically a fail proof recipe, only mixing and pouring type of recipe. Also we are keeping it super simply since we are using only few ingredients overall!

Guavas! These babies are on season and that makes me so happy and excited to be creating recipes like this one right here because guava is so aromatic and flavorful, hard to describe but all you need to know is that these are DELICIOUS.

Secretly healthy and gut friendly! You just need to try this and if you add some greek yogurt with probiotics would be having a very complete recipe for post-workour snack or dessert! I enjoyed these in the afternoon after my CrossFit session.

The base of this Guava Churro Cookie Chip Bread:

The base is made with simple ingredients and Marigold Creamy Vanilla Grass-Fed Protein made with simple ingredients to keep it nutrient dense and gut friendly. Plus some Good Phats Keto Cookie Mix as part of our delicious base.... let's not forget about our main ingredient: GUAVAS!

The end result

I'm naming this my new favorite bread... guys, the combination of chocolate chips, guava and cinnamon works just perfectly! The texture is super fluffy thanks to the whey protein, it's a game change in baked goods, must try it... plus the one I use is made with the best ingredients.

The cookie base is just perfect and along with the guavas and cinnamon, is just another level that makes your snacks absolutely amazing... I mean, chocolate guava... must try ASAP.

You might want to save this recipe because a second batch might be needed here! I shared some of the waffles with my friends but they were just too good as my afternoon snack after crossfit or dessert that I had to make some more.

Pro tip: You can also drizzle some melted chocolate to make them even prettier and tastier!
