These bars don't require an introduction, to me telling you how good they are... these are AMAZING! Such a great combination of flavors that makes these banana cream pie bars with a base of honey graham cereal impossible to resist. Stick for the full recipe!


For this recipe I’m using amazing and fun ingredients such as greek yogurt, keto friendly chocolate pudding, Magic Spoon Honey graham low carb cereal. A great protein snack to fuel your body. Delicious, keto friendly and gluten free protein no bake banana pie bars!

We are showing some love to all my banana and cereal lovers... so underrated sometimes! But with that I also wanted to include a twist, a healthy and still delicious twist by just adding some Magic Spoon Honey Graham LIMITED edition grain-free cereal that I will add that thickness factor while keeping things low carb and delicious!


This recipe is easy, quick and nutrient dense... also so fun!

Adding some gluten free and low carb cereal from my faves, Magic Spoon for extra creaminess and a satisfying filling. I have been also obsessed with the Magic Spoon Honey Graham Grain-Free Cereal, the ingredients are simple, low carb and gluten free... plus the taste is just delicious.



Honey graham cereal, banana pudding mix, vanilla... the dream team! These are simply perfect for meal prep, no need to bake anything at all to enjoy and attack that sweet tooth at any moment. While keeping your body strong and fueled with all the amino acids of antioxidants from the protein blend we are using.

The base is made with simple ingredients, Magic Spoon Honey Graham Grain-Free Cereal, greek yogurt for those probiotics, some Simply Delish Keto and Vegan Pudding Mix and alullose. The end result

Soft and flavorful! The contrast of flavors and extremely creamy is just amazing, the protein here makes the greek yogurt bar extra thick, soft and chewy! The flavor of the banana pudding is there and the texture of the crunchy almond butter and honey graham cereal base is just so dreamy and epic!


Melts in your mouth! It's soft and chewy, the greek yogurt with the banana pudding layer is just a creamy combination, that matches perfectly with the honey graham cereal base... such a great fusion of flavors that are hard to resist!



You might want to save this recipe because a second recipe might be needed here! I shared some of the pops with my friends but they were just too good as my afternoon snack after crossfit or dessert that I had to make some more.

Honey Graham Banana Cream Pie Bars

Serves 9 servings


Ingredients

Base

  • 2 cups of Magic Spoon Honey Graham Grain-Free Cereal (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 3/4 cup of almond flour

  • 1/2 cup of oat milk

Banana Cream Pie Mix

  • 2 cup of greek yogurt

  • 1 pack of Simply Delish Keto & Vegan Banana Pudding Mix (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup of alullose

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup of banana coins


Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the base.

  2. Spread the mix in a silicone 8x8 dish.

  3. Mix all the ingredients for the banana cream pie topping.

  4. Add the banana coins on top and sprinkles (optional)

  5. Freeze overnight, cut into 9 pieces and enjoy!
