The base is soft and the filling of these is creamy thanks the the keto friendly ice cream, I used KETO Foods Pint, keto certified ice cream in Peanut Butter Ice Cream.

Other delicious low carb ice creams I love is Real Good Foods and Enlightened.

I also used some grain free cereal to add that crunch from my favorite ones... Magic Spoon, have you tried it yet?! It's amazing, such a fan of their flavors, ingredients and of course the limited editions such as this Honey Graham one.

The base of these Honey Graham Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pies:

The base is made with simple ingredients Peanut Butter Ice Cream, keto from KETO Foods Pint, sand some greek yogurt to keep it thick and creamy. These ingredients create a dense batter that helps to create the honey graham bars without making a mess or having them to melt.
