Ingredients
4 Royo plain bagels, thinly sliced
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
1/2 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
1/4 cup Christmas-themed sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Thinly slice the Royo bagels and arrange them evenly on the baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the monk fruit sweetener, then drizzle it over the bagel slices.
Evenly sprinkle the remaining monk fruit sweetener on top.
