1 pack sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup brown granulated monk fruit
1/2 cup granulated monk fruit
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 whole eggs
2 tbsp of milk
Mix-Ins:
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/3 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, butterscotch pudding mix, baking soda, baking powder, and monk fruit sweeteners.
