Hummus Creamy Coleslaw (No Mayo & Vegan)
Cabbage is one of my favorite veggies ever for some reason and these days I have been obsessed on making creamy and dreamy coleslaw mixes, this one in particular I wanted to share it is was amazing and incredibly easy to make.
GUYS, I'm obsessed with this combination and this is something you can't miss out! This coleslaw is packed with color and a lot of goodness; hummus, both cabbage, and a kick of jalapeño; simply LIT!

Okay, this took me legit the most epic creamy and dreamy close slaw, even a veggie hater will fall for this! The combination of flavors and textures is just out of this world; with the tahini and some ranch protein nuggets for that crisp and extra flavor.
We are using the basic ingredients for this cole slaw; all the flavor! These are perfect for lunch, breakfast or dinner. Just pair them with all plant-based Cheddarish Mustache Munchies for that crunch... a cheesy vegan touch that makes it hard to resist.
The beauty of this recipe is that it's good on its own or as a companion of your favorite meal, the ideas are simply endless and delicious.

Any else is fan of cabbage? Well this is a perfect veggie that works so well for the cole slaw of course, no need to cook, just stir it all together with the rest of the ingredients; provides us some vitamin C, fiber and antioxidants.
Cabbage is also a source of a compound called glucosinolates; that has been proved to have anticancer properties! YAY for broccoli!

Hummus Creamy Coleslaw

Serves 1-2 servings
1/2 cup of shredded green cabbage
1/2 cup of shredded red cabbage
1/4 cup of shredded carrots
1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
1 chopped jalapeño
1/4 cup of greek or coconut yogurt
1/4 cup of veggie broth
1/4 cup of hummus
1/2 tsp of pink salt
1/2 tsp of garlic
1 tbsp of dried onion
1/8 tsp of black pepper
Mix all the ingredients of the sauce in a bowl.
Mix the veggies in a bowl and pour the sauce. Stir well.
Top with mustache munchies chedarrish.
