Nothing beats the magic duo of white chocolate and chocolate hazelnut spread. This is is just one of the best food combinations ever made and these protein bars are inspired by this classic we all love!


These protein bars are inspired by all my favorite ones, all in one... in a nostalgic, delicious and healthy version that will be cheering up your days. This recipe includes a low carb white chocolate, low carb hazelnut spread and some vanilla pea protein, along with some greek yogurt.

Kind of a grown up version of kinder bueno, healthier, better, creamy and packed with protein. As a snack, dessert or post-workout this is a great recipe to enjoy! With a hint of our favorite... kinder bueno flavor, made healthier! Plus some Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein.

Soft and flavorful! The contrast of flavors and extremely creamy is just amazing, the combination of flavors and those layers are just so so good. The white chocolate with the hazelnut spread is just a great alternative and touch to this recipe! Perfect high protein dessert.

"Kinder Bueno" Protein Bars

Serves 6 servings


Ingredients

Base

Kinder Bueno Layer

  • 2 cups of sugar-free plain greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup of stevia

  • 1/2 cup of low carb chocolate hazelnut spread

Toppings

  • 1/3 cup of low carb white chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup of hazelnuts


Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix the ingredients for the base and spread in a silicone baking loaf.

  3. Bake for 15 minutes.

  4. Mix the ingredients for the kinder bueno layer and pour over the base.

  5. Add your toppings.

  6. Freeze overnight.

  7. Slice into 6 slices and enjoy!
