This is my iconic Papaya Caramel Protein Ice Cream, made with the best and simplest ingredients, no need to complications or a lot of messy dishes to create this recipe and to enjoy a healthy meal!

This recipe overall is low carb, low sugar, gluten free and of course, delicious. I used the Organic cottage cheese from Kalona SuperNatural as my secret ingredient that will make this recipe so moist and extra moist... hard to say no to this one!


This is just a great snack to make anytime of the year! It's an unmissable recipe that everyone will love and will also nourish your body... since Kalona is made from from grass-fed cows on small family farms who practice regenerative farming, Non- homogenized, low temp pasteurized dairy- as closest to raw milk as possible.

And for the mix used for the bread pudding, I simply used Kalona SuperNatural Organic cottage cheese, a game changer to make it silky, creamy and healthier.

Papaya Caramel Protein Ice Cream

Serves 1


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Kalona SuperNatural organic cottage cheese

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 scoop of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 2 cups of frozen papaya

  • 1/4 cup of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 2 tbsp of sugar-free caramel syrup

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

Toppings

  • 1 chopped coconut vegan bar (used Larabar)

  • 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients for the ice cream in a blender until fully smooth.

  2. Pour into a jar and serve with toppings.
