For this recipe I’m using amazing and fun ingredients such as peanut butter, keto friendly granola and dark chocolate, keto chocolate chip mini cookies, and some coconut oil. A great low carb and packed with healthy fats for a snack to fuel your body. Delicious, keto friendly and gluten free protein no bake bars loaded with all the flavors!

Soft and flavorful! The contrast of flavors and extremely creamy is just amazing, the cookies here makes the soft chocolate and peanut butter base have a great contrast of textures that works perfectly. The granola and peanut butter is just perfect, a combo hard to resist!

It's soft and chewy, the chocolate and oat base is just a divine combination for that creamy texture that doesn't melts like water but instead is more chewy, plus the peanut butter, cookies and granola as topping is key to the flavor and fun of this recipe, just take these to the next level, makes them even harder to resist.

Peanut Butter Granola Cookie Butter Bars

Serves 6 servings
1 cup of sprouted oats
1/3 cup of alullose
1 of Let's Bake Belive chocolate bar
2 tbsps of vanilla powder (1 tsp of vanilla extract)
1/3 cup of Keto Hana Raspberry Granola
1/4 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of coconut oil
* For Vegan Option use vegan chocolate and vegan cookies
Mix the ingredients for the base and pour into six silicone containers (used Souper Cubes).
Mix the ingredients for the peanut butter layer and leave some cookies for topping.
Freeze overnight and enjoy!
