These bars are moist, flavorful, made with healthier ingredients (low sugar and gluten-free) and not to mention they are so delicious and easy to make, you are going to love this recipe!


This is my iconic White Chocolate Salted Peanut Butter Bars, made with the best and simplest ingredients, no need to complications or a lot of messy dishes to create this recipe and to enjoy a healthy meal!



About these White Chocolate Salted Peanut Butter Bars:

This recipe overall is low carb, low sugar, gluten free and of course, delicious. I used the Purely Elizabeth peanut butter cereal as my secret ingredient that will make this recipe so crunchy and extra flavorful with that touch of almonds... hard to say no to this one!


This is just a great snack to make anytime of the year! It's an unmissable recipe that everyone will love and will also nourish your body... since we are also using low sugar white chocolate, some alullose as our sweetener replacement and some peanut butter powder.

The key to have a sustainable healthy life is to preach balance and to also choose better ingredients when you are cooking or baking at home... the ingredients here are a some of the staples that I usually have in my own kitchen.



This recipe was something that I wanted to try for a while now because seeing all the amazing recipes made with cereal... and of course, along some Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount) that makes this recipe so much tastier!

  • RxSugar Sugar-Free Maple Syrup

  • Peanut Butter Powder

  • Vanilla Extract

  • Egg Whites

  • 1 white chocolate bar low in sugar




Feel free to to use your favorite low carb sweetener, I used RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount) but I also love using abullone or stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.


And for the mix used for the cereal bars, I simply used Purely Elizabeth Peanut Butter Cereal along with peanut butter powder, and egg whites.... the secret touch is also the sea salt on top of the chocolate!

White Chocolate Salted Peanut Butter Cereal Bars

Serves 6


Ingredients

Toppings

  • 1 low sugar white chocolate bar (used Gatsby)

  • Pinch of sea salt flakes

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix the cereal with maple, peanut butter powder, sugar replacement and egg whites.

  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 350F.

  4. Once bake top with chocolate, let it melt and spread.

  5. Freeze for 10 minutes and slice into 6 pieces.
