May Favorites

Hello there! We are already in June and this year is flying, hope you all had a great month of May, I definetly did; another semester at university done, couldn't be happier for all the things I learned, grateful for all my teacher that did such an incredible job (specially my physiology teacher) , also my dad had a huge event in his religion life and I couldn't be prouder for him. Also the memorable day that I got my wisdom teeth out (I'm still in the soup/smoothie week) and I can't wait to start munching again all those veggies, chicken, tacos, etc!

On this post besides telling my major highlights of the month I want to share with you the products I've been loving, including food, skincare, music, etc! I think is kind of fun to share this kinds of things and I love doing it! BTW this is not sponserd!

Here are my favorites on food (I'll post the link at the end if you want to purshase anything):

Primal Kitchen Chipotle Mayo: The ingredients are so minimal, it doesn't has any sugar added, made with avocado oil and it goes great on Tuna Salads, Pasta, I dip it on roasted veggies (no shame!), put it on chicken, fish as a great healthy fat source. Besides the spicy flavor from the chipotle is unbelievable!

Primal Kitchen Vanilla Coconut Collagen: It literally taste like it sounds like, or even better. As you probably know collagen is great for your tissues, skin, gut, hair and nails. I have been adding this to organic greek yogurt, smoothies, but personally my favorite way is mixing it up with my yogurt and then put into the freezer for a couple of minutes and then you've got a delicious frozen yogurt! And don't forget it is made from grassfed hydrolyzed collagen.

Nutiva Coconut Butter: This thing is so silky and I consider myself addicted to it! Always looking forward to snack on a rice cake or alone, my mouth just water just to think about its creaminess.

Bulletproof Brownie Fudge Bar: They have Brain Octain (which is a great source of energy for your body), made with cashews, grassfed collagen protein, definetly there are no words to describe how much I like them! And definetly looking forward to try the other flavors.

BHU Food Bars: This brand has a ton of variety of flavors and they adapt to any diet weather is vegan, paleo, keto, etc. Low glycemic and all the flavors i have tried so far are so yummy!

Amazing Grass Watermelon Superfood: This is a great and easy way to get a lot of antioxidants, vitamins and prebiotics in one scoop and the taste is really good. Weirdly I add it to my yogurt and it taste great, also you can add it to your smoothies obviously!

Four Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee: Yes! mushroom coffee, and it really tastes like real coffee (you won't even miss that cup of joe) I'm not a huge coffee drinker but I loved this because it has adaptogens like ashwaghanda, chaga, lion mane e that really helps you regulate your body, a help you to function better.

Maisie Jane's Organic Cashew Butter: Cashews might be my favorie nut ever, besides almonds! the flavor is a little more sweeter than almond and lighter.. also cremier! love love love this butter!
