Mango Habanero Cranberry Pinwheels

Serves 8-10
Ingredients
1 crescent roll sheet
1/2 cup Wild Sol Habanero Mango Salsa Wild Sol
1 block cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp of granulated monk fruit
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup fresh cranberries (chopped)
1 whole egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 370°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix together the Wild Sol Habanero Mango Salsa, monk fruit, cream cheese, and chopped cranberries until well combined.
Microwave the mixture for 2 minutes and stir well to ensure it's smooth.
Roll out the crescent roll sheet on a baking mat and spread the salsa mixture evenly over it.
