Avocado Chocolate Peppermint Fudge (With CBD, Vegan, Keto & Paleo)

Hello my friends! Who else is on "Preparing Treats Mode On"? I know I am! And one of my favorite seasonal flavors is chocolate mint. It's so refreshing and the combination of chocolate just makes the perfect match.

I am a huge fan of visiting local shops and I love seeing all the peppermint spice lattes and of course the different types of peppermint tea, my favorite! A friend, who's fan of mint flavor was surprised by the idea of these Avocado Chocolate Peppermint Fudge recipe, specially because they involve avocado as the base of the recipe. I know it may sound crazy but you would never tell there's avocado in there, trust me!

This recipe fits any lifestyle plus it's also a great way to sneak in nutrients for those picky eaters who can't resist some chocolate. You won't ever tell that these have avocado in them.

This recipe is:

- Paleo

- Gluten Free

- Grain Free

- Vegan

- Keto

- Dairy Free

For sweetener I'm using granulated monk fruit, a natural and keto friendly sugar replacement without any weird after taste. And for that peppermint essential oils, a true game changers when it comes to recipes! Just a few drops go a long way!

I'm excited to share this recipe since it's the time for sharing and giving all the love, treats, hugs and memories. These will be perfect as a snack, treat, the options are endless. But I must warn you that these are col treats so you may require some fuzzy socks while you enjoy these bad boys.

Bloom Farms is my favorite CBD oil, it's organic, full spectrum and they have different concentrations for you to choose from, (get 15% off if you use the code "purely_healthy_living") it's honestly part of my self care and evening routine.

- Makes me sleep better

- Reduces my stress and tension levels

- Reduces pain

But it depends on the dose you start from. I suggest micro dosing. Starting little by little and see how your body reacts.

Why did I choose avocado as a base? Just because it's creamy and it's packed with so many things such as vitamin E, potassium, folate, copper, vitamin K, tons of fiber and essential fatty acids.

Because these are avocado based these are a low carb treat, and if you have been following me for a while you know that I love keeping my treats low carb and making them healthy without skipping all the good flavor.

Easy to prep, and these are perfect to have on hand and have available any time of the day, or week! This is a MESS free and blender recipe! Perfect to hit the spot without elaborated processes.
