Serves 4
Ingredients
1 whole Costco rotisserie chicken
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup chopped lettuce
4 tablespoons chopped chives
½ (7 oz) bag of Crisp Power Cheddar Protein Pretzels
⅔ cup plain Greek yogurt
Garnish: red pepper flakes
Instructions
Remove the skin and bones from the rotisserie chicken, saving the bones for broth. Shred the chicken and place it in a bowl along with the retained juices.
Add garlic powder, coconut aminos, onion powder, chopped lettuce, chives, and Greek yogurt to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
