These protein bars don't need any introduction or an epic entrance... it's just epic and it's one recipe you need to try ASAP! Such a great combination of flavors and textures in this crispy, chocolate peanut butter cup greek yogurt protein bars, along with the amazing flavors or raspberries and banana... like a sundae but better for you!


For this recipe I’m using amazing and fun ingredients such as greek yogurt, grain free Banana with Maca Crunch Granola, rich chocolate pea protein, and of course, some chocolate peanut butter cups. A great protein snack to fuel your body. Delicious, low carb friendly and gluten free sundae banana greek yogurt protein bars!

We are showing some love to all my peanut butter cups and banana fans... a classic we all love! But with that I also wanted to include a personal touch, a healthy and still delicious twist by just adding some Rawcology Banana with Maca Crunch Grain-Free Granola, some greek yogurt that I will add that thickness factor that while keeping things low carb and delicious!


This recipe is easy, quick and nutrient dense... also so fun!

Adding some gluten free and low carb cookies from my faves. I have been also obsessed with peanut butter cups (all my life really, but used these keto ones) , the ingredients are simple, low carb and gluten free... plus the taste is just delicious.


And the base, high protein and low carb thanks for the mix of rich chocolate Nuzest Protein (PURELYHL for discount) and some egg whites, easy EASY PEASY and delicious!

You might want to save this recipe because a second recipe might be needed here! I shared some of the recipe with my friends but they were just too good as my afternoon snack after crossfit or dessert that I had to make some more.

Banana Sundae Yogurt Crunch Bars

Serves 9 servings


Ingredients

Base

Banana Filling

Toppings

  • 7 keto peanut butter dark chocolate cups (used ChocoXO)

  • 1 cup of raspberries


Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the base.

  3. Spread the mix in a 8x8 silicone small baking dish.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes.

  5. Mix all the ingredients for the banana filling.

  6. Spread on top of the base already baked base.

  7. Add your toppings and cut into 9 pieces.

  8. Enjoy!
