We all know for a fact that chocolate and caramel goes so well together, right?! And what abut we include some biscoff to the mix? These protein bars are just a must try; easy to make and with 12.4 grams of protein!


A soft and thick greek yogurt bar with a touch of biscoff cookies and caramel protein! One of the best parts of this recipe is that it's healthier, lower in sugar and higher in protein! Since we are also using keto friendly caramel syrup... made with real ingredients!



About these Biscoff Caramel Protein Bars:

These are just a protein bar dream! But with that I also wanted to include a twist, a healthy and still delicious twist by just adding some Happy Way Choc Caramel Protein that I will add that creamy factor while keeping things low carb and delicious!


With a delicious combination of candied keto pecans and caramel! In this occasion I used a homemade version of keto caramel syrup from Rx Sugar and a touch of Nuttzo nut butter to add some more healthy fats, crunch and flavor.


Key Ingredients:

Adding some protein powder for extra creaminess and a satisfying filling. I have been also obsessed with the Happy Way Choc Caramel, the ingredients are simple, it even includes some maca and MCT in... plus the taste is just delicious, they even have a vegan option.



Caramel and chocolate, the dream team! These are simply perfect for meal prep, no need to bake anything at all to enjoy and attack that sweet tooth at any moment. The bars with a touch of chocolate and biscoff cookies, along with the crunch of the keto candied pecans and amazing toppings.


The base of the Protein Bars:

Soft and thick! The contrast of flavors and textures is just amazing, the cookies in the mix and on top takes these bars to the next level, and keto candied pecans as toppings are just divine... these greek yogurt caramel protein bars are just perfect to enjoy with your coffee or favorite latte!


Melts in your mouth! It's soft and thick... I can say it's a winner when these bars didn't last more than 1 day!



You might want to save this recipe because a second batch might be needed here! I shared some of the pops with my friends but they were just too good as my afternoon snack after crossfit or dessert that I had to make some more.

Pro tip: You can also drizzle some melted chocolate to make them even prettier and tastier!

Biscoff Caramel Protein Bars

Serves 12 servings


Ingredients

Base

  • 2 cups of greek yogurt (coconut yogurt for vegan version)

  • 2 scoops of collagen

  • 1/4 cup of Nuttzo Peanut Pro Nut Butter

  • 3 scoops of Choc Caramel Protein (used Happy Way)

  • 1/4 cup of Rx Sugar keto friendly caramel syrup

  • 8 biscoff cookies

  • 1/2 cup of oat milk or nut milk

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup of Marigold Fat Keto Candied Pecans (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 4 biscoff cookies


Method

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients for the base.

  2. Pour in 2 silicone loaf dishes and add the toppings.

  3. Freeze overnight, cut into 12 slices.

  4. Enjoy!
