Brownie Gingerbread Protein Magic Bars

Serves 6-12 servings


Ingredients

For the Brownie Base

  • 6 scoops of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/3 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 1/2 cup of egg whites

  • 1/4 cup of water or nut milk

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Coconut Layer

  • 1/2 cup of shredded unsweetened coconut

  • 1/2 cup of Leaner Creamer Frosted Gingerbread Creamer

  • 1/3 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 1/2 cup of egg whites

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Topping

  • 1/4 cup of sliced almonds

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients for the brownie base in a bowl and then mix in the wet ingredients.

  3. Transfer the batter into silicone baking loaf dishes.

  4. Mix all the ingredients for the coconut layer and top the first layer with it, add the sliced almonds and bake for 30 minutes.

  5. Let it cool down, slice into 6-12 pieces and enjoy!
