These bars don't require an introduction, to me telling you how good they are... these are AMAZING and with all the Harry Potter vibes! Such a great combination of flavors and textures in these cereal crunchy bars with that touch of butterscotch, caramel and brown butter is just another level; sugar free, gluten free and using better for you ingredients.


For this recipe I’m using amazing and fun ingredients such as puffed rice cereal, keto friendly and certified caramel syrup from RxSugar, Simply Delish Butterscotch low carb instant pudding mix. A thematic and fun sugar free recipe that everyone can prepare at home.

We are showing some love to all my Harry Potter fans, including myself... a childhood classic we all love! But with that I also wanted to include a twist, a healthy and still delicious twist by just adding some Simply Delish Butterscotch low carb instant pudding mix and keto friendly caramel syrup.


This recipe is easy, quick and delicious.. also so fun!

Adding some gluten free puffed rice and some low carb instant pudding Simply Delish Butterscotch. I have been also obsessed with the RxSugar Caramel Syrup, the ingredients are simple, low carb and gluten free... plus the taste is just delicious. Keto certified made with alullose!



Rice puffed cereal, brown butter, buttersctoch instant pudding and keto caramel syrup... the dream team! These are simply perfect for meal prep, no need to bake anything at all to enjoy and attack that sweet tooth at any moment. Besides it's super easy to make!

Butterbeer Cereal Bars

Serves 15 servings


Ingredients

  • 8 cups puffed rice cereal

  • 1 pack of Simply Delish Butterscotch low carb instant pudding mix (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 2/3 cup of brown butter

  • 1/4 cup of RxSugar Caramel Syrup

  • 1 cup of hot almond milk


Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl until fully incorporated.

  2. Press the cereal mix into 15 silicone muffin cups.

  3. Refrigerate or freeze a few hours.

  4. Enjoy!
