Serves 10-15


Ingredients

  • 10-15 large strawberries, washed and drained

  • 2 cups sugar-free caramel

    Filling:

  • 1 packet Simply Desserts White Chocolate Pudding

  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk (or choice of milk)

  • Optional: 2 tbsp coconut cream or softened cream cheese (for a firmer texture)

  • 2 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut (for topping)


Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk pudding mix with almond milk until smooth.

  2. For firmer filling, whisk in coconut cream or cream cheese. Chill until set.

  3. Cover each strawberry with the pudding mix and let them chill while you prep the caramel.
