Guys, I have to tell you something. I love a good challenge and today's challenge is to finish this blogpost before my computer dies... the battery is currently 13% and my goal is to finish this before it gets to 5%. Do you think I can do it?
Well, in my defense I added the ingredients and methods before starting the proper blogpost and probably the link will be added after I plugged my computer. The challenge is to finish just the writing.

Caramel Pecan Tahini Fudge

Serves 12
Ingredients
1 cup (8 scoops) of Nuzest Vanilla Plant Based Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
1/3 cup of granulated monk fruit (PURELYHL for discount)
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 tbsp of cacao powder
1/4 cup of of keto caramel syrup
3/4 cup of tahini
1 cup of warm water or nut milk
Toppings
1/4 cup of low carb chocolate chips
1/4 cup of raw pecans
3 tbsp of pomegranate seeds
Method
Mix all the dry ingredients of the base in a bowl.
Add hot water, caramel and tahini. Mix well.
Press the batter into four twelve silicone muffin cups.
Add the toppings.
Freeze for a couple of hours.
