  • Ingredients

    Gingerbread Cheesecake Layer:

    • 1 egg

    • ½ tsp pumpkin spice

    • 2 tsp vanilla extract

    • ⅓ cup granulated monk fruit

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (121°C).
