1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
1/2 cup oat flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup monk fruit sweetener
3/4 cup Artisana Gingerbread Pecan Butter (see here)
2 large organic eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup chopped chocolate
1/3 cup freeze-dried marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: gluten-free flour, oat flour, cornstarch, baking powder, monk fruit sweetener, and sea salt.
