Ingredients
3 Royo Plain Bagels
1 whole egg
1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pecan Topping:
10 sugar-free caramels
1/4 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup milk
2/3 cup chopped pecans
4 tbsp finely shredded unsweetened coconut
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and cut the Royo bagels into cubes.
